Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold brand standards. You will train and coach team members, drive performance, and step in for the GM as needed to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, P&L awareness, and inclusive culture. Expect to manage cash, inventory, labor, and safety compliance while supporting hiring and development across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Ensure staff training and resources are provided.
• Champion Taco Bell’s culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals, discipline, and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Train, coach and recognize team members to improve customer experience.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety, and core operational standards.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members.
• Assist with cash control, inventory management, and labor planning.
• Collaborate with GM on performance feedback and improvements.
