Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with the Restaurant General Manager. You will train and coach team members, uphold brand standards, and recognize top performers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will assist with P&L management, cash controls, inventory, labor management, and health and safety compliance, while promoting equity and belonging across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Model brand standards and drive MIC Success routines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety; cover GM duties in their absence.
• Collaborate with GM on performance feedback and employee relations.
