Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in the hiring process.
• Possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action, and motivating and training employees.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence.
• Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance and providing feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, while driving equity and inclusion.
• Manage Profit & Loss responsibilities including cash control, security, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take action to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
