Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive restaurant performance by supporting the Restaurant General Manager, coaching staff, and championing brand standards. You will lead daily operations, model exceptional service, and handle P&L considerations in the GM's absence while fostering a culture of inclusion and growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, and hands-on management with a 50-hour work week and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory and labor.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in recognition, collaboration, and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence and food safety standards; lead in GM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and address employee relations issues with GM support.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members and promote inclusion.
• Support with profit and loss management, cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take action to optimize performance.
• Support GM in facility maintenance and health-and-safety compliance.
