Job summary

Taco Bell in the United States seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive daily restaurant operations, lead by example, and coach a high-performing team. You’ll cover the GM in their absence and help uphold brand standards, guest satisfaction, and safety.

You will focus on people development, P&L management, training, and maintaining health and safety while championing Taco Bell culture and values. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, labor and reports.
• Ensure training and resources for all employees.
• Promote Taco Bell culture, equity, inclusion and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration and motivation.
• Recruit exceptional talent with GM support.
• Strong communication for appraisals, discipline, training.
• Adhere to policies and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence adherence, maintain food safety and Core Excellence; cover GM in absence.
• Provide feedback on team performance and resolve employee relations issues with GM guidance.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with a culture of equity and belonging.
• Support Profit & Loss management including cash control, inventory, labor, and reporting.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
