Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct unit operations to meet SOPs and objectives.
• Develop relationships with IHOP employees and guests to enhance service quality.
• Implement the Craft Training program for hourly staff to improve operations.
• Oversee guest services, manage complaints, and ensure financial and marketing objectives are met.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; coach performance and manage payroll and evaluations.
• Ensure food safety, inventory control, and adherence to regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by corporate standards.
