Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience.
• Must complete IHOP Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Ability to manage restaurant operations including guest service and POS procedures.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOP and operations plan.
• Manage restaurant floor, maintain guest contact, and handle complaints professionally.
• Recruit, train and retain staff, conduct coaching, and administer compensation plans.
• Ensure food safety, SOP compliance, and proper par levels of supplies.
• Oversee equipment and premises maintenance and drive safety and security.
• Complete required reports and paperwork; maintain personnel files.
