Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and evaluate restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives for the unit.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees; conduct coaching and performance appraisals.
