Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club program. You will partner with the General Manager to set direction, develop talent, and ensure exceptional hospitality across all shifts.

This role blends hands-on operations with people development and financial accountability, offering a compensation range of $70,000–$85,000 plus a 10% bonus potential.

Competenze

• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders through feedback and performance management.
• Adaptability and ability to lead teams through change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and departments including Service and Tasting Room.
• Participate in hourly Team Member hiring and onboarding; ensure tools, support and training.
• Develop and support Restaurant and Kitchen Managers through coaching and mentorship.
• Lead Managers and Team Members as a role model of Cooper’s Hawk values and behaviors.
• Communicate with clarity, listen actively, and build strong cross-team relationships.
• Drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
