Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club program. You will mentor Management and Hourly Team Members, partner with the General Manager, and drive hospitality excellence across service, food, and Wine Club experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, development, and daily operational excellence in a dynamic team setting, with a compensation range of $70,000–$85,000

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders through feedback and performance management.
• Adaptability and the ability to lead teams through change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering Uncompromising Hospitality.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and departments including Service and Tasting Room.
• Participate in hourly Team Member hiring and onboarding; ensure Team Members have tools and training to succeed.
• Foster a growth mindset and career progression opportunities for staff.
• Develop and support Restaurant and Kitchen Managers through coaching and mentorship.
• Drive data-driven decisions to maximize financial and operational results.
