Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Willoughby, Ohio. You will lead operations, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and food quality while driving profitability.

You will manage scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and compliance with food safety rules, coaching team members and ensuring performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Control costs for food, labor, cash and controllable expenses per guidelines.
• Improve sales by focusing on 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Perform performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Hire new crew, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
• Coach and train staff to meet certifications and performance targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
• Keep the restaurant environment safe and report needed repairs.
• Provide guest service feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
