Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Cleveland, OH. The AGM will provide operating hour coverage and direct supervision of the team to uphold cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy and speed of service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, safety, and daily audits to support profitable operation and strong guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability for all shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of financial controls and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor speed of service and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure financial controls and cash procedures are followed.
