Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash and expenses per budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving service speed and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals.
• Recruit crew, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
• Coach and develop staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with laws.
• Ensure safe working environment and report needed repairs.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach with operating results.
• Manage turnover through effective hiring and training.
• Prepare food for guests and training; handle cash register as needed.
