Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in North Royalton, OH. The GM will lead daily operations, train staff, ensure quality, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and ability to manage cost controls, staffing, and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
Legal right to work in the United States.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

Manage cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllables) per guidelines and budget.
Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service, and food quality.
Maintain staffing levels to meet scheduling needs.
Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistant GM.
Oversee hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
Coach and develop staff to meet certifications and performance levels.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with sanitation regulations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Keep environment safe and report needed repairs.
Ensure guest service excellence and effective handling of complaints.
Provide feedback through the daily call procedure and weekly area meetings.
