Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Westlake, OH. You will oversee operations, ensure profitability, and model strong service, cleanliness and product quality. Hands-on coaching and guest-focused leadership are required to drive performance.

You’ll manage staffing, training, performance reviews, and compliance while maintaining safety and adherence to budgets. This role requires 18+ years, US work authorization, and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promotion after completing learning zone training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in service.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash and other expenses per company guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers and AGM.
• Handle hiring for crew, shift leaders and AGM positions.
• Coach and develop staff to meet certification and performance targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines and laws.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws.
• Keep the restaurant environment safe and report repairs as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage cash register duties and money handling as required.
