Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Parma, OH. The AGM will supervise operations, coach staff, ensure cleanliness, service speed, and product quality, while handling on-the-floor management and training responsibilities.

The role requires leadership, customer service excellence, and compliance with safety and payroll processes, with duties ranging from scheduling to inventory and cash procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide new team members during onboarding.
• Assist with any safety concerns in the workplace.
• Reports any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed.
• Conducts food safety and prep audits daily.
• Conducts daily inventory monitors performance and shares responsibility for cash procedures.
• Assist with schedule creation and deploying the team correctly.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to achieve goals.
• Monitors inventory and food preparation on a daily basis to adhere to company standards.
