Job summary

Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC in South Carolina is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations on the floor, in the kitchen, and at the counter, ensuring great guest experiences and a motivated team.

This hourly leadership role reports to the General Manager and ownership, with duties spanning training, scheduling, safety, and adherence to company guidelines, while delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available at least 32 hours a week, with flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organization, and people skills.
• Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: Coach, mentor, and train team members to grow and succeed in their roles.
• Deliver a Great Guest Experience: Ensure each guest is served with care and every order goes above and beyond.
• Run Smooth, Compliant Operations: Maintain service speed, food quality, and cleanliness; follow company guidelines.
