This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the General Manager and ownership, emphasizing guest experience, training, compliance with policies, and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to work well with others.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to standards.
• Lead, train, and develop team members; manage shift work, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor service speed, food quality, cleanliness, and inventory; report to General Manager.
• Support sales forecasting and contribute to cost control and risk management.
