Zaxby’s SPE Franchisor LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold standard policies and service. You will supervise the team across floor, kitchen, and counter while driving guest satisfaction, training, and safe, compliant operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance development, shift leadership, and collaboration with the General Manager to meet location goals and maintain a strong, welcoming restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards on floor, in kitchen, and at counter.
• Coach, train, and develop teammates to meet performance goals.
• Monitor guest experience and respond to concerns with timely, respectful actions.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan shift schedules, delegate tasks, and manage inventory and labor costs.
• Provide leadership to maintain a positive culture and high team morale.
• Assist with performance reviews and escalate issues to GM as needed.
