Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations on the floor, in the kitchen, and at the counter in Wellford, SC. This hourly leadership position reports to the General Manager and ownership, with a focus on keeping guests happy and the team performing at their best.

The role emphasizes developing the team, delivering excellent guest experiences, managing compliant operations, and maintaining safety and labor standards.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available at least 32 hours per week with flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organization, and people skills.
