Job summary

Zaxby’s SPE Franchisor LLC in Simpsonville, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the restaurant floor, kitchen, and counter, delivering great guest experiences while coaching a diverse team.

You'll report to the General Manager and ownership, work hourly, and be responsible for staffing, training, safety, and daily operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly and in compliance. Prior leadership is preferred but not required, and reliable transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available at least 32 hours per week with flexibility for various shifts.
• Strong leadership, organization and people skills.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Deliver guest experiences that meet or exceed expectations and maintain high morale.
• Run smooth, compliant operations including service speed, quality, and cleanliness.
• Ensure safety and adherence to labor, health, and safety laws; report HR or risk concerns as needed.
