Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Available at least 32 hours per week with flexible days and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organization and people skills.
• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the team through training, coaching and feedback.
• Deliver a great guest experience with accurate orders and positive service.
• Run smooth operations with schedules, labor compliance and records.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and respond to HR or risk concerns promptly.
