Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: train, coach, and provide feedback; plan shifts and schedules.
• Deliver a Great Guest Experience: ensure care with every order and maintain a positive culture.
• Run Smooth, Compliant Operations: monitor speed, quality, cleanliness; comply with policies and record-keeping.
• Keep Things Safe: maintain a safe workplace and report HR or risk concerns promptly.
