• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality by conducting 100% table visits.
• Effectively handle guest complaints.
• Assist with staffing: review applications, interview, and train.
• Plan and lead shift meetings; solicit feedback.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to hourly team members.
• Oversee safe and sanitary operations per ServSafe, HACCP, OSHA.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and bank procedures.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries and inventory management.
• Monitor food/beverage quality and adherence to recipes.
