The role involves supporting the General Manager, supervising hourly team members, and ensuring high guest satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include coaching, shift planning, cost control, inventory, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• Proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Meets all company service standards.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality by conducting 100% table visits.
• Effectively handle guest complaints.
• Plan and lead shift meetings and coaching.
• Manage staffing and recruitment activities.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
