Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee a single restaurant's operations, drive sales, and manage all aspects of profit and loss. You will hire, train, and develop management and hourly staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and uphold company policies.

You will communicate with Human Resources, assist with programs, and partner with the General Manager to maintain quality food, guest service, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality and conduct 100% table visits.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Assist with staffing, interviewing, and training.
• Lead shift meetings and provide timely feedback to staff.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and POS accuracy.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
