Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive operational excellence at a single location. You will oversee daily operations, guest service, staffing, training, and financial performance while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will stand in for the General Manager when needed and work to grow sales and guest satisfaction. The role requires a minimum of two years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to motivate a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance development.
• Monitor guest service quality and respond to feedback.
• Maintain cost controls for food, labor and supplies.
• Collaborate with General Manager on policy rollouts and maintenance.
