Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to understand and implement SOPs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in supervising staff, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees as defined by SOP and plan.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies and proper operation of equipment and premises.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security practices per SOP.
• Assist in completing all required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
