Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs the operation unit to meet budgeted sales and profits.
• Develops professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implements Craft Training program for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience.
• Executes annual objectives in line with IHOP SOPs and operations plan.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participates in recruitment, training, and retention of employees at the unit.
• Maintains adequate supplies and ensures equipment and facilities meet safety standards.
• Oversees reporting and paperwork; performs other duties as assigned.
