The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience, plus a valid driver's license and IHOP training certification. You will collaborate with the General Manager to meet objectives and ensure safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Certification through IHOP training courses.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the operation unit and assists in achieving budgets and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Oversee training programs for hourly team members and ensure SOP compliance.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and retention of staff.
• Ensure proper inventory, equipment, safety, and sanitation standards.
