IHOP is seeking a General Manager to direct the operation unit, coordinating staff, budgets, and guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, sanitation, and SOP compliance, and drive sales and profitability.

A high school diploma with 2–4 years of related experience is required, along with the ability to train, recruit, and lead a team. A valid driver’s license and IHOP training certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or GED; two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Language: Ability to speak and read English; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Math: Basic arithmetic and ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the operation unit by performing the duties listed in the job summary.
• Assist in achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and SOP compliance; manage supplies and equipment.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and retention of staff; prepare reports as required.
