IHOP in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a capable Operations Manager to direct the unit and support the General Manager. You will oversee budget achievement, staff training, guest service, and compliance with SOPs to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years in restaurant or retail management, strong English, and a valid driver’s license. Certification through IHOP training is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required, with 2–4 years of related experience in restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken; able to write routine reports.
• Valid driver’s license required to drive on company business.
• Certification through IHOP training courses is a plus.

• Direct the operation unit and support the General Manager.
• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training programs for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and SOPs.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and retention of employees.
• Maintain adequate supplies and ensure equipment and premises meet safety standards.
• Prepare reports and paperwork as required.
