Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years related experience.
Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Valid Driver’s License to drive Company business.
Certification through assigned IHOP training courses.

Responsibilities

Direct operation unit by achieving budgeted sales and profits and coordinating with IHOP staff.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with employees and guests.
Implement training programs to improve unit operations and guest experience.
Assist in executing annual objectives for finances, marketing, guest service and HR.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
