IHOP is seeking a restaurant manager to lead daily operations with a strong emphasis on profitability and sales growth. You will oversee front and back-of-house activities while upholding IHOP’s standards for quality and service.

Responsibilities include achieving sales budgets, managing staff, delivering guest experiences, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A high school diploma or GED and related experience are required, with IHOP training certification a plus.

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees

Responsabilidades

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies and proper operational condition of equipment.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices as per SOP and regulations.
• Assist in completing required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
