Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and the guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and human resource objectives per IHOP SOP and operations plan.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees per IHOP SOP and operations plan.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies and proper operation of equipment and facilities.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices per regulations and SOP.
• Assist in completion of all required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
