Qualifications

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; effectively speak before groups of guests or employees.

Responsibilities

Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
Implement Craft Training program for hourly employees to improve operations and guest experience.
Assist in executing annual financial, local marketing, guest service and HR objectives per IHOP SOPs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
