Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop professional relationships with employees and guests.
• Implement craft training for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Comply with regulations applicable to the unit.
• Assist in recruiting, training and retention of employees.
• Ensure adequate supplies for operations.
• Maintain equipment, building and premises per SOP.
• Uphold safety and sanitation practices.
• Ensure security practices per SOP.
• Complete required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
