Job summary

Taco Bell Beaverton is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the store in line with Taco Bell procedures. You will lead front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver quality service and uphold brand standards.

The role focuses on cost control, scheduling, inventory management, local marketing, and safety compliance while driving sales and maximizing profits. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, Serv Safe certification,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be Serv Safe Certified.
Knowledge of P & L statements.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

Work the front counter to ensure quality service; train and coach employees, handle complaints.
Conduct meetings with team and management for planning, training, and reviewing procedures.
Develops and maintains sales; utilizes local store marketing.
Monitors utilities, supplies, and other costs; analyzes profits and losses; takes corrective action.
Develops and posts labor schedules; adjusts labor to changes in sales volume.
Manages restaurant cash handling and daily deposits.
