• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front counter to ensure quality service; train staff and handle complaints.
• Conduct meetings with team and management to plan and review procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, inventories, and other expenses; analyze profits and losses.
• Plan labor schedules and adjust for changes in sales volume.
• Manage cash deposits and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure safety, health standards and cleanliness; uphold company image.
• Maintain payroll and personnel files; post federal/state posters.
• Attend District Manager meetings and perform administrative duties.
