Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Knowledge of cost control and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead team meetings for planning, training, and adherence to policies.
• Develops and maintains sales, monitors labor and food costs.
• Manage cash handling and deposits; maintain accurate payroll records.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
