Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front counter operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Leads meetings with teams to plan, train, and review procedures and policies.
• Develops sales, uses local store marketing and monitors profitability.
• Manages costs, inventory, and labor to optimize profits.
• Posts labor schedules and adjusts for volume changes.
• Handles daily cash deposits and payroll processing.
• Ensures safety, health compliance and clean image of the restaurant.
• Maintains hiring, promotions and employee records; conducts performance reviews.
• Performs preventive maintenance and completes administrative duties as required.
