Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements and basic math/ computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front counter to ensure quality service and handle customer feedback.
• Lead meetings to train staff and reinforce operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales while applying local marketing.
• Control costs, monitor inventory, and analyze P&L results.
• Prepare labor schedules and adjust to sales volumes.
• Process payroll and manage hiring/promotions with proper records.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards.
