Responsibilities

• Prepare labor schedules and adjust staffing to volume.
• Manage cash handling and daily banking procedures.
• Ensure safety, health, and cleanliness standards; enforce image guidelines.
• Coordinate hiring, promotions, and payroll; manage personnel files.
• Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions.
