Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Profitably operate the restaurant following Taco Bell procedures.
• Oversee front counter service, ensure quality and courtesy.
• Train and coach employees, manage labor to sales volume.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and health/safety compliance.
• Develop and post labor schedules and manage payroll.
• Foster a professional restaurant image and customer experience.
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure vinyl posters and federal/state postings are current.
