Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Serv Safe Certification required.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Work at front counter to ensure quality service and train staff on customer handling.
• Lead meetings to plan and review operations and policies.
• Develop and maintain sales and cost controls.
• Monitor utilities and inventory; analyze P&L and take corrective action.
• Develop and post labor schedules and adjust for volume changes.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits.
• Ensure safety and health standards and maintain image standards.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, and personnel files; conduct performance reviews.
