• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the restaurant in accordance with Taco Bell procedures to maximize profits.
• Oversee front counter to ensure quality customer service.
• Develop and maintain labor schedules and adjust for volume changes.
• Monitor costs and inventory; manage cash handling and banking procedures.
• Lead team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand image standards.
