Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Oregon to profitably operate the restaurant within company procedures. You will oversee cost control, customer service, and employee development to build sales and maximize profits.

The role requires leadership to train staff, manage schedules, maintain safety, and ensure health standards. A minimum of two years supervisory experience and Serv Safe certification are expected.

Formación

• A high school diploma or GED; University degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be Serv Safe Certified
• Knowledge of P & L statements
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution
• Requires open availability

Responsabilidades

• Operate the restaurant to profitably meet Taco Bell standards and procedures
• Lead front-of-house to ensure quality service and handle customer concerns
• Develop and maintain sales while maximizing profits
• Monitor costs and inventory; adjust labor and scheduling
• Manage cash control and bank deposits
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and health compliance
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain personnel records
• Post and communicate staffing, payroll and policy changes
