Responsibilities

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and train employees in courtesy and handling complaints.
• Conduct meetings with team and management to plan and review procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales and utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, analyze profits, and control inventory and labor according to guidelines.
• Manage cash handling and prepare bank deposits daily.
• Ensure a safe, clean restaurant and a professional image per company standards.
• Post and manage labor schedules in advance of the week.
