Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and train staff on courtesy and handling of complaints.
• Conduct meetings with team and management to plan and review operations/policies.
• Develop and maintain an acceptable level of sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor utilities and costs; analyze profits and loss statements and take corrective action.
• Develop and post labor schedules; adjust labor to changes in sales volume.
• Manage cash handling and daily bank deposits following company procedures.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to image standards; report incidents.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain personnel files in compliance with laws.
