Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P & L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate front counter to ensure quality service and train employees.
• Conduct meetings with team and management for planning and training.
• Develop and maintain sales, monitor utilities and costs to maximize profit.
• Manage labor scheduling and payroll processes.
• Maintain cash control and health department compliance.
• Ensure safe work environment and adherence to brand image standards.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, and personnel records.
• Perform administrative tasks and attend scheduled meetings.
